Rebecca "Becky" Pratt Barton, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2023, at the age of 68. Becky passed away after 25 years in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Born on May 21, 1955, in Vicksburg, Mississippi, Becky moved to Mobile, AL, at the age of 2 years old where she brought joy and warmth to the lives of all who knew her. Her spirit, kindness, and unwavering love, Becky will forever be treasured in the hearts of her family and friends.

During her free time, Becky found solace tending to her beautiful gardens, while enjoying the therapeutic nature of gardening.

Becky also loved engaging in other outdoor activities, such as playing tennis, snow skiing, and relaxing on the beach or enjoying the lake.

Becky was an avid reader, indulging in the worlds woven by her favorite authors.

Throughout her life, Becky's unwavering commitment to love and support her husband, Anthony "Tony" Barton, was evident in their strong and enduring 41-year marriage.

Tony & Becky have known each other for over 45 years.

Together, they built a foundation of love, trust, and cherished memories that will last forever.

She was preceded in death by her father Otis "Leon" Pratt. She is survived by her cherished son, Stuart Anthony Barton; beloved mother, Carolyn Pratt; loving sisters, Mary Ann, Cindy, and her brother Frank; as well as a host of extended family and close friends.

Becky was a member of the Johns Creek United Methodist Church, where she found solace, community, and a deep connection to her faith.

In celebration of Becky's life, a Celebration of Life will be held on November 18, 2023, at 1:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, as Becky had a compassionate heart for children in need.

Rebecca "Becky" Pratt Barton will always be remembered for her infectious smile, kind-hearted nature, love of life, and unwavering love for her family.

May her soul find eternal peace, and may her memory continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate to have known Becky.
